Lovely little Indian restaurant Came here last minute,wasn't sure what to expect but I didn't regret it Great food and very reasonably priced Very quiet, relaxed atmosphere,cosy great for date nights Definitely recommend

Best curry house in Dorset quick service very polite staff and a great atmosphere.the chicken tikka was full of flavour.the naga had a lovely kick.the Chicken chashlic was beautiful lots of diffrent flavours.there garlic naans are delicious

Food was great had the lamb shank and will 100% be back soon for the same good quality excellent tasting. Nicest curry I we have had in a long time. Can get abit loud being small but great place.

First visit 24th July 2025. We decided to go out with our two friends that are emigrating to Scotland shortly and wanted to celebrate this occasion. I'd read the reviews that were really good and everytime passing the Shahid's it was packed. We had a fantastic evening. We were met by staff welcoming us at the front door and shown to our table where our friends were already seated and looked relaxed. If you want to drink alcohol you have to bring your own. The restaurant was very friendly clean and lovely atmosphere, the staff were professional and not in your face everything was at the pace you wanted. The food was exceptional extremely tasty very fresh not oily just lovely. I didn't have a starter my Husband had meat samosas and salad we had chicken tikka biriani and passhwaryi nann and coconut ice cream and honey and nut ice cream. We all left having enjoyed the perfect evening. Thank you so much Carole Claire and Brian Gilbey

Had the Lamb shank and naan- delicious but couldn't eat all the naan too! It's a small restaurant so does get loud, but it's happy people sounds.

Superb, curry, tasty, hot fresh ingredients. Delivery was spot-on time. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Fully recommend! I look forward to coming and eating in!
